An original theme park

Repeatedly singled out as one of the most popular parks for large crowds, the park stands out in particular for the richness of its shows. These can easily be adapted to any age group.

A dozen or so shows are offered, the most famous of which is the Cinescénie, a program that takes place mainly at night over an area of almost 23 hectares, and involves some 1,200 actors. It is also possible to attend other shows just as captivating as the Cinescénie, such as Les Chevaliers de la Table Ronde, Le Monde imaginaire de la Fontaine and Les Mousquetaires de Richelieu, with seating for up to 3,000. At the end of the year, Le mystère de Noël is organized to announce the colors of the New Year. All the shows on offer are made all the more beautiful by the participation of trained animals of various species.

To enable visitors to fully immerse themselves, the park features hotels such as the Gallo-Roman villa, the camp du drap d’or, the Isles of Clovis, and the logis de Lescure.

In addition, there are establishments offering on-site catering services, as well as a lunchtime show. Artefacts can also be found in the park’s various villages, such as the Fort de l’An mil, the Cité Médiévale, the village XVIIIe siècle, and the Bourg 1900. All these villages correspond to a key period in the history of the Vendée.
